Cause: Washroom fan caught on fire, which then caused a fire on main floor. Severe water damage occurred from fighting the fire.
How We Fixed It: Replaced trusses in the roof, repaired roof and water damage throughout. All new flooring, drywalls, insulation. Rebuilt the entire main floor.
Project from Start to finish took 3 months to complete.
